In February 2026, I co-facilitated a wellness retreat in Marrakech with Nawal Lakhdar and Apricot Wellbeing.


The group was beautifully mixed — men and women, twenties to fifties, managers, entrepreneurs, completely different backgrounds.


And in three days, on the yoga mat, in mindfulness meditations, in the morning silences — we all touched the same truth.


A well-designed programme creates flow. Yoga and mindfulness opened the body to what coaching then moved through. Not one after the other — together.
